Meet Josh and Bec

Josh and Bec, tell us about your family.

We have been married for 10 years and have been blessed with three beautiful girls. Summer, is in kindergarten, Tilly is starting school next year and Willow is about 18months

What does a typical week look like for you both?

Josh works full time at Pacific Hills Christian School and Bek works three days a week at Australian Christian College and is at home with the girls the other two days.

What do you enjoy doing together as family on a day off?

The girls love to explore new parks in our area. They love meeting new people, testing out the playgrounds and riding their bikes.

How long have you been Christian, and who was it that first told you about Jesus?

We have both been Christians since our teenage years. We were both blessed to be brought up in Christian families. Both of us made a commitment to follow Christ at the summer camp of our youth group. It was then that we both started to own our personal relationship with Jesus.

What’s something that has encouraged you from God’s word recently?

We have both been encouraged to seek God in world full of distractions. We have busy lives and it’s easy to allow those distractions to take over, however, there is peace and stability in seeking his and allowing his word to shape our lives.

What are your hopes for your family?

Our hope and prayer is that our girls would grow up knowing the love of Christ and would come to know him as their personal Lord and saviour. Seeing our girls devote their lives to Christ and serve him would be our greatest joy!

And lastly, is there an amusing and/or strange fact about yourselves that you’d be happy to share with us?

We genuinely can’t think of any….sorry!
